Control Engineer - Co-Op/Internship

Provide electrical design assistance; software development services (typically programming) within a predefined scope, individually or as a team member, capable of being assigned to multiple tasks of a project including specification, technical design, programming, testing, and field commissioning.

·         Develop, design, build, and manage project Input/Output lists

·         Generate electrical design drawings in AutoCAD (Version 2000 and greater)

·         Perform PLC programming using a variety of software platforms

·         Perform HMI programming using a variety of software platforms

·         Develop simulation code and support project testing

·         Participate in Startup & Commissioning at the customer site

·         Identify technical risks in assigned work

·         Problem solve as needed

·         Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

·         Engineering Student with solid circuit, electronic, and programming Skills

·         Strong communication and interpersonal Skills

·         Ability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects

·         Speak, read, and write fluently in English

·         Valid driver’s license

·         Work flexible hours as needed to meet client needs

·         Ability to travel

·         Candidates for Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
