What is a Project Coordinator?
A Project Coordinator supports the Technical Project Lead with the management of scope, schedule, budget and project execution process for manufacturing automation and IT projects. 
 
Here are some of the things you will do as a ROCK STAR Project Coordinator at Avanceon:
  • Project Coordination – With input from the Technical Project Lead, you will drive the development of a project management plan, identify and log project risks, create and maintain a project schedule, create and distribute status reports and meeting minutes and support change management.
  • Project Execution Process Compliance – You will be responsible for ensuring the execution process is followed and documented, collateral and deliverables are properly catalogued and stored and the project team successfully passes internal project audits.
  • Budget Management - You will be in charge of managing the project budget, which includes approving all time, material and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate customer invoicing, and addressing budget overages with proactive change orders.
  • Revenue Management - You will monitor and maintain a weekly revenue forecast, drive towards consistently reaching revenue targets and logging and notifying management of any revenue change events.

You should also have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A reasonable commute to our office in Exton
  • The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
